Her Story

Major Meg is the sister of Bandit and although Bandit filled a major gap in his Recipient’s household, there was still a missing piece.

Most husband and wife teams assist each other in the challenges that can be faced with triggers that can be increased due to PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder) or TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). Most spouses become the primary caregiver and when it is the wife taking on this role, the challenges are sometimes overwhelming. And it is most time not easy for a husband to see his wife taking on so much, when he himself is not physically or mentally able to help, which in turn causes more stress and creates a vicious circle.

Meg has filled this gap assisting with those additional obstacles. She provides an extra means of support by supporting the Recipient and the Caregiver, allowing both to live a quality life.

She is exactly what the family needed to become completely whole again.
